This cheat will allow you to talk while holding the newspaper! Here is a step-by-step cheat guide that will help you pull it off.
1. Log in to Club Penguin normally, but make sure that the server you choose is not non-chat.
2. Go to any room (I suggest the Iceberg) and go all the way to the right side of it.
3. Click on the newspaper near the right corner of your screen.
4. Go to page D2 of the newspaper and click on the “Question” button.
5. Type in anything you please, and click “Send”.
6. Then flip to the front of the newspaper and push the Tab key on your keyboard.
7. Type in anything you please into the chat bar, then push the Enter key once you are done.
8. You are now talking while holding the newspaper on Club Penguin! Pretty cool, huh?
